Below are some of the basics of my history and background. Please feel free to ask any other questions regarding my background and/or experience.
I am a native New Orleanian, living and working in the uptown/University area. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Loyola University of New Orleans and my Masters in Social Work degree from Tulane University School of Social Work. Following Katrina, I served as Program Director for the Louisiana Spirit Crisis Counseling Program. That program was funded through FEMA and administered by Catholic Charities.
From 2006-20012 I worked for Jewish Family Service working primarily with adults and couples. While my primary responsibilities were the provision of clinical services, I also coordinated the agency's adoption program and the electronic records system.
